


Individual Therapy
Psychology and Psychotherapy in Guernsey and Online
Individual therapy sessions offer a confidential, supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges. Sessions are available with a Psychotherapist or Clinical Psychologist, either in person in Guernsey, or online providing flexibility to suit your needs.
Each session lasts 50 minutes and is tailored to help you gain insight, develop coping strategies, and work towards meaningful personal change.

Yoga
Yoga sessions are available as private one-to-one or group classes, designed to support your individual needs and goals. Classes can be held at a venue of your choice, including in the comfort of your own home, offering ease and flexibility.
Suitable for all ages, body types, and levels of experience, sessions provide a welcoming and inclusive space for both beginners and more experienced practitioners to build strength, improve flexibility, and cultivate balance and wellbeing.

Workshops
Workshops provide a space for shared learning, reflection, and connection. These sessions include small group experiences focused on practical strategies centred around different facets of wellbeing.
Designed to be supportive and accessible, workshops offer an opportunity to learn and apply practical, evidence-based approaches that support emotional regulation, coping, and overall wellbeing. Details of upcoming sessions will be shared here as they become available.
